We don’t sell, share or store personal data. This website has no forms, no user accounts, no ads and no tracking. We only count visits, anonymously and without cookies.
What is stored and where
Very little, and only in your browser. It never leaves your device:
- The light or dark theme, only if you change it with the button in the header. It stays stored (local storage) so the website opens the same way next time.
- When you switch language, the point of the page you were at, so the other version opens in the same place. It is deleted as soon as that page opens (session storage).
You can delete it whenever you want from your browser settings.
Which services are involved
The images, logos and typeface of this website are served by the website itself: no maps are loaded and no forecasts are requested from anyone. Only these two services are involved:
- The website hosting (Cloudflare Pages) logs, like any website, technical data about visits such as the IP address. Cloudflare privacy.
- Visit statistics (Cloudflare Web Analytics): when you open the website, a small Cloudflare script records the page, the browser and system, the country, which website you came from and how long it takes to load. It uses no cookies and stores nothing on your device, it does not identify you or follow you across websites, and we only see totals. Cloudflare Web Analytics.
We do not receive or store your IP address or any other data about you.
Links to other websites and to the app
The cards in “Thanks to them” open those sources’ websites, and the “Open the app” buttons open Fishinghub at fishinghub.eu. Each one has its own privacy policy; the app’s, which does store your spots and preferences in your browser and requests data from other services, is on its Privacy page.
Your rights
As we hold no data about you, there is nothing on our side to access, correct or delete. What is in your browser is under your control. For any question: [email protected].
